It appears that KCMO is going to start handing out "Trash Tickets" in the near future. This idea is awesome. Think about it, KCMO is one of the trashiest citys in the country. THE REVENUE STREAM WILL BE ENDLESS!
I just have one question, Can JOCO issue a ticket to KCMO for trashing up our border?
