East Side Religious Leaders are a JOKE

So in KCMO a group of leaders that have failed their community for over 3

decades decided to CALL FOR a cease-fire.  21 days without violence is what they are seeking.  Yet for some reason it was ignored within 10 hours of the start...  Could it be that the people that are supposedly labeled as leaders in this community really have zero credibility?  Uh yeah.

One minute these folks are blaming cops for all the violence and the other they are blaming each other.  Take the cops off the streets and ask for a cease-fire and all the murders will go away right?  COME ON!  I hate to say it but it is time for people to stop looking at religious folks as leaders east of Troost and find another talent pool.  

And why is it that every time there is an issue inside a black community that they run to religious leaders?  What other race do they do this with?  Is it lazy journalism or some sort of liberal racism.  Minister this and Reverend that, blah blah blah. This isn't 1957!

The Star falls for the Okie Doke on threat to KCPD

 If you read the headline of the story you would say duh, putting a coffin labeled
"the other white meat" in front of a large group of protesters at the KCPD HQ is KINDA fucked up.  So you would expect that the story would match the headlines right?  WRONG

In the story, the idiots at the Star actually believe that "white meat" stands for white supremacy....  COME ON!  Everyone in the world knows that PORK is the other white meat.  Slang for cops is PIGS!  HOW can they be confused about what this symbolizes to everyone and anyone that doesn't work for the Star (or KC city council).  To read quotes from protest attendees is really kinda funny considering that they are coming from within a city that has some of the highest per capita black-on-black crime, murders, shootings, and rape in the nation.  Also, this shit isn't new but blaming the PD for it is.  

Calling white meat "white supremacy" is such a bad lie that you would expect someone that is supposed to be reporting on this issue would actually bring up the whole Pork/Pig white meat angle but noooooooooooo.  They bought it.

I say that we pull the cops off the streets that folks claim to be getting slaughtered in on a daily basis by cops and reallocate them towards neighborhoods that would like to see an increase in officers to solve cases etc..  Once we do that, let's go back into those neighborhoods in 3 years and do a quality of life comparison.  The results will not shock anyone with a brain.  

If you were trafficking in illegal narcotics, prostitution, fencing goods, etc.. would you want more or less police on the streets?  Where do you think a lot of the funding for these protests is coming from?  Do you think that drug traffickers are stupid?  One of the biggest expenses besides product in the drug game is legal fees.  Fewer cops mean reduced legal fees, no time off the streets, and easier distribution of the product.  Some of these protestors probably don't understand this and gladly take the $$$ for "the cause".  

For decades there were already neighborhoods in the city that cops refused to patrol due to safety issues and with this increase in hate I do not expect that to change anytime soon.  Don't believe me?  Go ask a KCMO cop what Jurrasic Park is or what the "50's" signify.

Murder Stats for a Racist City - Put up or Shut Up

Since we are in a world where stats are available for everything and anything

crime-related I have one request.  Can we please have a breakdown of the ethnicity of the killer and the victim?

Since media outlets, local politicians and, "religious leaders" want to blame white folks for crimes against every race, can we please see the breakdown?  If there is truly a line that can be drawn linking the 71 murders in the city to an epidemic of racism by white folks in the city then I will stand up and join the left and start putting together my Black Lives Matter sign tonight.  I like most people in this city will not tolerate racism.  

But when those stats come back and show a different story, will the left-wing extremists in the city stop their meaningless calls for defunding the police and instead focus on the real issues that are causing Killa City to go buck wild? Or are those topics too difficult to tackle?  Not trendy enough for people exploiting skyrocketing body counts?  Until the city is ready to honestly discuss the causes of the spike the city will never end this trend. 

Let me see the stats.  You would think that white folks are going around and pulling minorities out of cars and ending them all over the metro, right?

Could KC be ready for a new newspaper?

 I have had multiple conversations about the state of "news" publishing (print and
over the air) in the KC metro area in the past few weeks and one thing keeps being said, "what the fuck happened?" It seems the past 3 years have seen a major shift in the way stories are covered and even if what we are hearing about could be considered "news".  To a person, everyone has stated that a more traditional newspaper could come in and completely dominate the market and drive what is left of "The Star" completely out of town.

It seems that people are sick and tired of being called racist and hearing about how corrupt the police are and how even more money is needed to fight "insert the flavor of the month cause".  In the meantime, stories from the North & South of the city get ZERO coverage, sports are poorly covered and JOCO is slandered.  To say that "The Star" has jumped the shark on racial issues in this town MIGHT be the biggest understatement I have ever made on this blog.

The local newspaper can't keep staff, hides articles behind a paywall, hides the names of authors of editorials behind the phrase "editorial board" and takes up political causes instead of trying to at least maintain some sort of charade of impartiality.  It almost seems like they think that they are going to create change instead of reporting on it.  Good luck, when your subscriptions have plummeted and people see your approach for what it is.  

 People are sick of being lectured and are ready for NEWS. 

KC Star calls over 55% of their City, Racist....

  So here goes yet another barrage of stories about how racist and nasty the
majority of the KC area is.  This time, just because you are NOT in favor of the mayor trying to create a loophole to defund the police (which is kinda against Mo law), they call you a white republican racist.  If that isn't enough they compare NKC to slave states of the south prior to the civil freaking war.

Now I know that most of the Star writers are new to the area BUT NKC has discussed leaving KCMO since the freaking 80s.  This isn't news but it is a way to tie into their post-George Floyd narrative that all white people or people of any color that disagree with liberal talking points and socialist policies are either racist or self-hating people of color.  Let us not forget that for close to a century the KC STAR was the chief racist in town.  Ever speak to a reporter/writer of color that use to work there?  There are LOTS of stories.  

The KC Star then post a story that EVERYBODY in the city already knew about, the guy that Troost was named after was kinda a bad dude.  Missouri was a slave state (those of us on the Kansas side know this well) and there is a lot about the city that was wrong.  But let us not forget who has run KCMO for Generations, DEMOCRATS!

If KCMO is a racist city, then look no further than the Democrats that have run the city since my grandparents migrated here.  The KC Star and elected officials need to take a long look in the mirror before pushing out false narratives but maybe this is part of their plan. 

Democrats in KCMO are like the kid in class that farted and then proceeded to blame everyone around them that were just minding their own business.
