I never thought I would read this headline. "KC POLICE SWEEP NETS 92 ARRESTS". So what if this only a diversionary tactic by the mayor to get himself and his wife out of the headlines.

A BREAK FROM POLITICS

I will be taking a break from discussing National and Local politics until after the 1st of the year. I tried taking an unofficial break after the election but that didn't help so that leaves me with quitting cold turkey. I will still link to some of the stories but nothing beyond that.

Ever since the election it seems that every blog wants to be political, every blog wants to suddenly matter and every blog nearly sounds the same. So why not take 30 days off from covering crap that everyone else has said 1000 times? Seems like a good time to me.
