QUICK HITS - WEEKEND BLOOD BATH
After taking a break from blogging and the news the last couple of days I decided to watch the news last night and couldn't believe all the crap that went down this weekend. FOR MONTHS I have been complaining about the mayor, media and police chiefs lack of action in regards to Kansas City crime and gang violence and little has happened. We have had the same coverage, lack of action and leadership in tackling these problems and look at what it gets us. A FREAKING BLOOD BATH in the city streets.
I would like to thank the Mayor of Kansas City for focusing his attentions on blight rail, La Raza and Mammy Gate, instead of crime.
I would like to thank the media for spending 15 minutes every night on weather, sex clubs, dress codes and Phil Kline, instead of crime.
I would like to thank the Chief of police in KCMO for nothing.
