For years now the Urban Core has suffered economic setbacks but that is all about to change thanks to the good people of the US sentencing commission. Drug dealers across the nation can rejoice as some of their best clients will be returning to the streets.
Why shouldn't the urban core get much needed shot in the arm the same week that us in the burbs got a rate cut from the fed?
