What would you say if I told you that anytime that you used or purchased energy that you were going to be REQUIRED BY THE GOVERNMENT to swipe a card? Think about it.... The GOVERNMENT is going to TRACK what you purchase and if you use too much energy, thats right, YOU WILL BE TAXED (the real reason behind this).
You see the religion of global warming has nothing to do with the environment. It is nothing more than an excuse to take your money and limit your freedoms. That is what is so funny about this. There is a reason that the majority of the people that believe in this crap are liberals, because this is another method to redistribute wealth in this country.
