I have received several emails over the past few weeks asking me what I thought about the situation going on at Lee's Summit North and if I was going to comment on it. Well, I wanted to wait until the court case was completed and that the right outcome was given (which it was). I figured that all the info was out and that all things were good to go. I can't believe how wrong I was.
It turns out that Lisa Jacques has taken it upon herself to become the parent of all who attend her school. That's right parents, in her eyes you are ignorant uneducated bumpkins that are incapable of disciplining your own children for things that happen AT HOME. Jacques on the other hand has never worked outside of the education system and is an "Educational Specialist".
This of course gives her the power to leave school grounds, walk into your home, spy on your kids to see what they are doing and IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE what she finds she can destroy their scholastic futures.
That is basically what she is doing by suspending these 2 kids for activities that took place off of campus, but instead of breaking and entering to observe she used the internet.
Do you honestly believe that there is difference?
What is this terrible activity that has created this whole activity? No its not bullying, stalking, sexting, blackmail, criminal threats, hit lists, threats against the school. OHHHHHHHHHH no, its far worst than any of that.
THEY HURT THE FEELINGS OF STUDENTS!...........
Well Lisa Jacques can't have anyone at her school feeling sad now can she? Kids calling other kids names etc.. surely has to be something new and must be stopped! Forget about the fact that this name calling was taking place off of school property, Jacques has the authority to control the lives of students 24/7 regardless of where they are and what their parents think. She knows better, remember.
Jacques is a liberal union member that has never held a position outside of education and believes that her government position gives her special rights that normal citizens couldn't handle. REMEMBER You are a stupid parent that works for a corporation or factory. Hell you aren't home to supervise your kids, you don't get off work at 4pm! I bet you don't even observe the Lee's Summit school districts nutritional guidelines when packing your kids lunch. Irresponsible Bastard!
Educators always know best (except for the times that they are molesting kids, producing low test scores, high dropout rates and of course handling their own kids) and invading the personal privacy of your home is for the greater good of those who had their feelings hurt and became upset.
Does this mean when they get their feelings hurt later in life that an agency of the government should shred the constitutional rights given to us so that they can go through life in a bubble? Will there be an enforcement agency set up to handle all hurt feelings between neighbors, coworkers, family members, strangers etc????
The actions and beliefs of Lisa Jaques should serve as a warning to all. If she is permitted to do this then where does it stop?
