A week without the news

When you run two sites dedicated to commentary and information pertaining to current events for 5 years or so it gets stale.  So in order to preserve some sanity and break out of the rut I decided to avoid talk shows on TV, Radio and political websites for a week and it was great and I encourage everyone to do something similar.  

I will return to my full posting schedule on Monday with several new sources, links, commentary and guests.
