KCMO CONTINUES TO BE STUPID

First you fund stadiums for two teams who haven't won crap in decades, you over spend on a crappy school system, you can't walk down the street without getting shot or stabbed and now you are about to approve BLIGHT Rail. This amusement park ride that goes nowhere cracks me up. The only thing it will be good for is for transporting criminals from one part of hell to the other.

And you wonder why all of JOCO thinks you guys are jokes?
