Warmer-than-normal winter predicted for KC By BILL GRAHAM-The Kansas City Star
A warm end to summer in Kansas City could be followed by a similar winter, forecasters say.The National Climate Prediction Center in Camp Springs, Md., is predicting warmer-than-normal temperatures for Kansas City from December through February.
