THE WIRE - YOU PLAYED YOURSELF
There are certain crap levels that one must consider when determining if a crime in KC is unjust. What do I mean by unjust? It is actually pretty simple. Any crime that happens against someone that willingly puts themselves in a situation or location that you know is f'd up is on them. For example, if you are walking down Prospect at 1am for the hell of it, then that is on you.
