There are certain crap levels that one must consider when determining if a crime in KC is unjust.  What do I mean by unjust?  It is actually pretty simple.  Any crime that happens against someone that willingly puts themselves in a situation or location that you know is f'd up is on them.  For example, if you are walking down Prospect at 1am for the hell of it, then that is on you. 

1.  Does it get any lower than a strip club in East Kansas City on Independence Avenue?  If the STD doesn't kill you then the bullets will.

2.  Old people would rather rot inside than take their chances outside in KCMO.

3.  Anyone stupid enough to stay in an Independence, Mo motel deserves to get jacked.

Sure the west bottoms has the haunted houses but the real horror stories are taking place in the East Side.  Instead of machetes, chainsaws and knives for fingers the east side uses double barrels, glocs and knives.
