UNELECT JUDGE NEIL FOTH IN JOCO reminder

 Since we are now almost officially at the 6-month mark it is time to
remind all JOCO residents with a brain to unelect this man that not only didn't get the job based on merit(his daddy was a judge) but might actually be a scumbag and more than just a little creepy.  Not only was he caught interfering in cases that didn't pertain to him on the behalf of a direct report (and then covered it up) but he also let a school shooter loose on PROBATION! Not to mention the bad toupee 

His family court is full of insiders and kickbacks where your case is nothing more than a cash grab for his close-knit group of attorneys.  I mean how else does the head of the JOCO Bar association just happen to grab his employee's case on a PRO BONO basis???  I am sure that all of that is above board...  If only the KS Courts had some sort of impartial oversite committee to look into all of it. 

This ultrawoke Sebelius appointee should be Example #1 of people paying attention to the judges that they elect in JOCO.  Let them know that they are accountable for their actions and rulings.

When you can't even be accurate about this lame story, what can you
be accurate about?  These "sauces" have been available for months, hell maybe even a year.  To say these things are debuting is ridiculous and nothing more than a paid ad being planted as a story inside The Star.  THIS article says that they have been selling this crap since 2013!

If anything, it makes you wonder how many other stories THe Star runs that are nothing more than ad reads.  

KC STAR WARPED TAKE on Mental Health and Guns

" Americans should not be misled. The problem is individual access to high-
powered weaponry, not just mental illness. There is no indication the Uvalde, Texas, shooter sought mental health counseling. There’s no evidence better services would have prevented this particular slaughter."

This little snippet is exactly why nothing will ever happen to fix the issue of school shootings.  Let us dissect.  

• Is there such a thing as low-powered weaponry when it comes to shooting up schools etc...?  You can die from a round coming out of a .22 handgun.
• None of the weapons used were automatic weapons. It is never an Uzi, a modified AK47, Mac 10.  It is always basic ass weapons that fire ONE round per trigger pull that is utilized by these psychopaths.  Learn about firearms before you comment on firearms. The way a weapon LOOKS doesn't have anything to do with its performance.  
• Just because the shooter didn't seek mental health counseling doesn't mean he didn't need it. Do we know if Bob Berdella sought mental health counseling?  
• How many people that actually are that fucked in the head, take it upon themselves to go seek help?
• Where were teachers, neighbors, peers, friends, and family when this psycho was doing psycho stuff around him (and yes there were A LOT of signs if you read comments from people that knew him).  THEY are supposed to report him and get him help. 
• "No evidence", SOooooooooo if there is no evidence that seeking out help from mental health professionals will help, then why is this article begging for more funding for these programs and blaming firearms?  You can't have it both ways.  Millions of Americans own firearms, yet don't go shoot up stores, schools etc. So to blame the gun instead of the shooter is INSANE
• With police sitting on their asses for an hour outside, did it matter what type of weapon was being used?  See my previous post for all of the police department and school district failures that led to these kids being unprotected both before and during the shooting. 

Honestly, how can you ask for more money for mental health in Mo/Ks in one take and then say that it probably wouldn't help prevent shootings in another, in the same freaking article?  The writer is soooooooo conflicted when writing this that it truly gives you almost the perfect incite into the mind of a wacky leftist journalist.

Americans shouldn't be mislead but they also shouldn't be confused with twisted logic from a bumbling moron.

DOES JOCO Take Shootings at Schools Seriously? NOT Neil Foth

 The answer is NO.  Well at least not from one judge, Neil Foth.  It wasn't even a
year ago that a man was convicted for firing rounds toward a Shawnee Mission school, causing parents to shield their kids off of Roe in Mission, KS.  Instead of taking this violent act seriously, the judge that oversaw the case granted the man 3 freaking years of probation.  THAT IS IT!  

Keep in mind that this judge is one of the biggest leftists in the state of Kansas.  So this isn't some ultraright wing gun nut simply diminishing the seriousness of the crime. It is a morally bankrupt human not taking the safety of children in the county that he is a judge in seriously.  

Does it take a bullet hitting a child to get the attention of this Judge?

Does the shooter have to actually step onto school property for the Judge to take child safety, school safety, and violence seriously?

We always sit back and wonder after a child is killed at a school and wonder how this happens? Was this person in the system before?  People like this should be locked away forever.  Where did the system fail us?

Ummm, well, we can all start in JOCO by ridding ourselves of Neil Foth in November.  It is too late to turn around his many years of failing the community BUT MAYBE we can prevent more shooters from being released on freaking probation.
