neighborhood I present to you the idiots of North OP.  These people were so in tune with their neighborhood that they didn't notice the guy was dead until flies started showing up on his windows. Good job people.

Wait, as I type this I then start to think that the reason that nobody in that neighborhood noticed he was dead was because he was black and they didn't associate with him.  

Either way the people in that neighborhood suck.

You can throw all that optimism crap out the window right now because it is a waste of hope.  

This blog has been extremely accurate when predicting the murder rate and its causes over the years and received a lot of media attention due to its accuracy.  Having said that, the only reason that the murder rate is lower right now is two words, POLAR VORTEX.  Nothing that the police department can do can compete with the effects that cold weather has on the murderous activity of our wonderful violent city.
