This guy breaks through the window of a business and then stabs 2 people and fights with others and gets sent to jail. Is that really a punishment for a guy that had nowhere to sleep, nothing to eat, no change of clothes and no hot water to shower with? I am sure that the mattresses their aren't sleep number though..

This guy breaks through the window of a business and then stabs 2 people and fights with others and gets sent to jail. Is that really a punishment for a guy that had nowhere to sleep, nothing to eat, no change of clothes and no hot water to shower with?
