Phil Kline and Paul Morrison were the only people ever discussed in Kansas politics? In less than a year both men have managed to become more irrelevant than Mike Hedricks(if that is possible). The only problem I have is who the hell is this Steve Howe guy? I haven't heard anything good about him other than him NOT being Phil Kline.

Both men are perfect examples of what happens when power goes to your head. One used his power for sex and the other used his power to well, prevent sex.

They turn into bigger ones. It wasn't more than two months ago that I mentioned that the area in which this shooting took place was trouble and now it has turned violent. What the hell have our county police departments been spending their time on? Speeding tickets (for revenue).

Phil Kline is a complete joke. He would rather police the personal lives of people that are obeying the law than go after the real criminals in this county.

Once again if they do not rid the following areas of crime soon then you might as well let wyco have the land.

How funny is it that Phil Kline gets to investigate Paul Morrison? Didn't it start off the exact opposite way? Remember Phil was in trouble for firing people, hiding files etc... and Paul got to be the holier than though politician.
