UPDATE: BRITISH FORECASTERS BIGGER ALARMIST THAN HORNER?

Yesterday the English Channel was suppose to be wiped out if you listened to the forecasters in England. Guess what, it is still there. This is a page straight out of the Katie Horner PR book. Warmer-than-normal winter predicted for KC By BILL GRAHAM-The Kansas City Star
A warm end to summer in Kansas City could be followed by a similar winter, forecasters say.The National Climate Prediction Center in Camp Springs, Md., is predicting warmer-than-normal temperatures for Kansas City from December through February.
