1. Crime is down in KC, well that is what they want you to think. Another murder in the hood. I have just about given up on the City Counsel, Mayor, Police Commissioner and civic leaders for this city. We need to set up a green zone like they have in Iraq and just let those that want to be caught up in gangs and drugs kill each other and focus on the neighborhoods and people that would welcome the attention (like the latino neighborhoods).

2. "Wanna see a dead body?" That line was used in two classic movies, Boyz in the Hood and Stand by me. Well these two had a movie like moment in Raytona yestarday. It amazes me how a dead body out in the open can go unnoticed for so long. The body belonged to Zack Gamble who had been missing since Christmas Eve. Did anyone even hear of this story before now? Where was the 24/7 news coverage (like Kelsey Smith)? I feel bad for the family and of course Zack. This story should of had more coverage than the weather.

3. The residents of Greensburg continue to make the people of New Orleans look pathetic.

4. America has been defeated!!!!!!!!!!!! For some reason I don't remember surrendering.

5. Fine they I say we hunt Pakistanis on Pakistan soil. Allies my ass. Whatever happened to we will go anywhere and everywhere to kill this people? Now we are letting this idiot that can't control his own country prevent us from killing Bin Laden. Bush sucks at being a war time president.

Tonight when KU takes the field vs V Tech it will be the biggest football game in the history of the University.

Things to watch

• This game will not be a 10 point game. It will either be a blow out by Virginia Tech or a 3 point win by KU.
  
• The pressure tonight will be on the the Kansas Defense. The KU offense and VT defense will cancel each other out so it is up to the D to cause turnovers and give the Jayhawks good field position.
• Special Teams will be key. VT has a long tradition of great special teams play and this year is no exception. KU has a good special teams, VT has a great special teams.
  
• KU wants it more. Let's just hope that doesn't equal the same type of nervous start that they had vs Missouri.
• If KU wants to become a respected football program they must win this game. A win here will help in recruiting and validate the turnaround that Mangino has performed.

For years the only thing that stood between fat people and buffet bankruptcy was a sneeze guard, today it all has changed in the small town of Houma, La. The owners of the buffet decided to charge 2 slightly obese gentlemen DOUBLE because of the amount of trips that they made to the salad bar. The waitress even went as far as to call them Fat asses.

Her quote"She says, 'Y'all fat, and y'all eat too much,"' will live on forever in food industry circles.

Odds are that this buffet will soon be closed down for insulting their primary patrons but for now they are gods.

I just read a story that says that by talking on your cell phone you slow down traffic..........I can only hope that this study is followed by playing with fire will cause you to get burned, swimming makes you wet & by not breathing you can die.
