Looks Like Brownback Sucks Too

The long list of crappy Kansas governors just got another name added to it, Sam Brownback.  It appears that this elitist wants to take away your mortgage deduction credits to help fix the states budget short falls. Who the hell does this guy think he is?

How about you A.  Cut spending OR B. Stop giving tax breaks to companies looking to relocate.  Why should the residents of your state PAY MORE and corporations that haven't been here EVER pay less? This makes no sense.  I am all or tax incentives to lure businesses into our state BUT NOT while at the same time personal taxes go up.

Your time is up and there is no way that you will be reelected to lead our state nor will you have a chance in hell at a presidential bid.  Wait, actually your policies and beliefs are pretty standard with presidential candidates to you might have a good shot at becoming a viable candidate.  Just not one that anyone would vote for or rally behind.

You truly are a Republican and not even close to being a Conservative or Libertarian on Fiscal issues. You are a sellout an elitist and not worthy of my vote.

Brownback Douchebaggery

Did I really just read that the Governor of our state apologized for slavery?  This is the type of symbolism over substance that we typically get from the left, not a supposed conservative who is suppose to let his actions speak louder than his "words".

Slavery sucked, Segregation sucked and racism sucks, we all hopefully know that by now and hope to never repeat the mistakes of those that came before us. This post has nothing to do with those terrible acts, instead it is about how insincere and cowardly our elected leaders have become.

If an apology was to be made it should of been 50 or 100 years ago.  Then the people that were effected by these events could hear those words and it MIGHT of actually been sincere.  Brownback comes across as a panderer and grand stander.

What guts does it take to come out and declare something wrong when 99% of the population feels the same way?  Make that apology 100 years or even 50 years ago when this was at its worst and people were actually divided on the issue and then you would have some guts. Stand up to a mob of people that are for segregation and make this apology and THEN it would mean something.

I am so sick of all of these after the fact and "told you so" politicians.

And why now?  Has anyone heard residents of Kansas demanding this from our Governor?  I never heard it come up during the election or one of his thousand or so abortion speeches.  There has to be something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about so keep watch on the news headlines over the next few months because something is sure to drop.

King Brownback vs. Emma Sullivan

When I first heard of this witch hunt against Emma Sullivan I couldn't believe that the governor of our state had nothing else to do then to cry over getting called a name.  Then I reminded myself that he is a politician and therefor an insecure child that thinks that he is better than everyone else. I am glad that she has decided against apologizing to his majesty.

Personally I think that the staff members that made a big deal out this Tweet should be fired.  Do we really want someone working this close to the governor influencing policy or even worst, collecting a check from Tax Payers?  Hell No.

If anything Brownback should apologize to Emma Sullivan for dragging her good name through the mud.  She is a freaking kid, not someone that you are running against for office and should not be treated this way.  You are suppose to be looking out for her best interest and not blackballing her for your insensitivity.

Fellow conservatives in this state should no longer support him.  His actions do not represent our chief belief of smaller government.  If anything Brownback has demonstrated to us all that he believes being governor makes him better than us and that he should use his office to attack people.

To him, governor of Kansas might as well be the same as King of England where people that speak out against the king better apologize or be "dealt with"
