The 41-year-old suspect told police the victim had taken his bottle of vodka and had refused to give it back. The suspect allegedly hit the victim with a brick, then cut him. The suspect showed officers where he ditched the box cutter, according to police reports.Detectives submitted a case file to prosecutors
