2011 an SOB Odyssey
2010 was a year of side projects and elections for us which reduced the posting on the blog. I hated leaving my 2 or 3 readers in limbo but duty called. Fear not reader(s) we will back at full strength this year and well, we will actually be making money while doing it. HA!
We missed covering the idiotic short comings of the degenerates in this city. Luckily for us nothing ever changes in Kansas City. Murders are still high, the schools still suck, violent crime is the norm and joco continues to neglect the north part of the county.
I guess the one good thing that we noticed is that the majority of local bloggers have called it quits. Thank god. Let's face it, if your local blog isn't listed in my blog roll then you aren't worth reading and you did us all a favor by quitting.

Scoreboard KCK
Could this finally be the year that the runner up city (in everything) overtakes KCMO for the murder throne? Doubtful, but they did get on the scoreboard first this year with the first homicide in the metro.
Way to go fellas.

INTERNET FREEDOM GONE
"And today, modern governments have all the tools to transform their country into a creeping police state, more so now then ever before, in this electronic age. They have access to information technology that previous full-fledged “police state” governments could only have dreamed about."

Crooked Ass Obama
For 2 years we have had to sit back and watch the most crooked president in American history destroy our country. In 2011 that all comes to an end. The god king and his minions will be investigated and punished for their illegal actions and plots to destroy our constitution. They know this and are now trying to hide behind yet another name for socialism/communism "the no label party". Fool us once........
1. Darrell Issa calls Obama administration the most corrupt in American history.
2. Hillary and Hugo - A match made in heaven
3. Liberal Media (abc news) - Warns Republicans
4. Obama, Pelosi and Reid delay your tax refunds because they think your money is theirs.
5. Does anyone know what Ken Starr is doing??
6. Peppermint Paddy doesn't care about American law enforcement officers
7. Jack ass Joe Scarborough talks about running for office again. Be afraid America.

YELLOW SNOW
STUFF THAT PISSES ME OFF AT CHRISTMAS
1. Seeing 8 checkout lanes void from a cashier while you wait in a line 10 deep. What makes this even better is when you see 5 or 6 employees of the store standing around customer service chatting. You have two things to do. Scan items, collect money. that is all there is to it and you CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!
2. The jackass that follows you to your car in order to take your spot when you leave. This happened to me last week and I simply started my car, turned it back off and walked back into the store. The look on the guys face was priceless.
3. Special Buys. What a scam this is. In the fine print of the ad you will see the words limited quantity or only 7 per store. They do this to lure you into their store and switch you onto a more expensive product.
4. Blue Christmas lights. Why even bother? These are the ugliest lights on the planet (icicles from the gutters are a close 2nd). I have never met anyone that likes seeing those hideous things.
5. Drooping Christmas lights. If you are going to go to the effort of hanging them up make them straight. Nothing says WT more than drooping lights.

Mayor Funkhouser - Too little too late
Dear Mark,
You sir are a gigantic asshole. For the past couple of years you have ignored the crime problem in this city despite the pleas of the citizens and victims that you have ignored. Do you honestly believe that anyone is going to believe you when you say you "have a plan" to tackle the city's homicide rate? We aren't stupid. We realize that it was the loss of life that caused you to suddenly pay attention to the blood stained streets in this city or the citizens living in fear.
NO IT'S ELECTION SEASON
We understand that remaining mayor is more important to you than a life in the east side. Don't even try to pretend that it isn't. In-actions speak louder than words. If we want to see your plan for crime we will go to the funeral of a murdered victim rather than attend one of your campaign rallies.
Kiss my ass,
JOCO SOB

Guest Post - Ernest Evans
In the past few days there has been a great deal of much-needed media attention to the fact that the clearance rate for black-on-black homicides in KCMO has reached alarmingly low levels. Right now it is 41% for all homicides and signifcantly lower for black-on-black homicides. (In contrast, KCK's clearance rate for all homicides is 70%) While this trend is still in an early stage, I do have one alarming concern about it that I think needs to be highlighted:
