Judge Neil Foth - Countdown Begins

The joy that one gets when they realize that sooner rather than later the Judge that was at the root of all corruption allegations will soon be up for election is well,
amazing.  You see, when my case was first making its way into the JOCO court system this jaggoff had just begun a new term as Judge.  I could only begin to shed some light on the issues plaguing the JOCO courts and this "man".  That all starts to change now that we are officially 1 year away from campaign time.

The gloves will officially start to come off and the closer we get to the election, the more aggressive my "campaign" to have him voted out will become.  We will outline the following and provide well documented and researched examples of the following

  • Corruption
  • Favoritism
  • Judicial Bias
  • Leaks
  • Abuse of power
Most people go to the ballot box and simply vote YES to keep judges because they have never heard of them.  This official will have name notoriety on social media, podcasts, and of course this shitty unread (JOCO courts no that is tongue and check) blog.

Public officials are supposed to be held accountable through the ballot box right? Will JOCO do the right thing.  I am thinking yes....

Misguided quote of the Week/Month/Year - Ty Gardner OP candidate

" He believes Overland Park is losing its younger generation “to places like KCMO.” And to retain a young workforce and families, “we need to create solutions to keep them here to make Overland Park a place they want to be right now.” - Ty Gardner

He is from Ottawa and lived here for less than a decade.  Yeahhhhhhh, he completely understands the JOCO area.  WHAT AN IDIOT! Young people only go to KCMO for a year before returning back to the comfort and safety of JOCO.  Sure they may like to visit the P&L District for concerts and sporting events but let's not get it twisted.

This guy hopes to make OP more like KCMO??????????? HAHAHA

Carl Gerlach - Gone-Later BOZO

The worst Mayor in the history of OP is finally hanging it
up
, and we should all be thankful.  The idiot that took all of your tax dollars and gave it to retailers to open up strip mall after strip mall to out of town mega stores while ignoring the small businesses of the community is stepping down.  The idiot that turned the OPPD into a shoot first and ask questions later, revenue producing police department is stepping down.. The man that blah, blah, blah he well, kinda sucked.  Just look at what happened to Old Town OP...

So does this mean that the people of OP will elect someone that will value their tax dollars and return the police department into a community first department? Hell no.  The county has turned Blue which means that nothing but waste and a crappy police department will be allowed.

Ask yourself this.  Was he the mayor of Overland Park or Blue Valley????  Do JOCO residents even need to think longer than 15 secs to come to this conclusion?

JOCO GOV SHITS your Grandparents bed over Covid shots

So I just read a story posted by KMBC stating that old people were forced to stand outside while
waiting for Covid shots and it didn't surprise me in the slightest bit.  You see, for several years now the JOCO gov and courts have become bloated and self important.  It use to be a government that was lean and mean yet caring for its citizens.  Now the size of the government, the buildings it "needs" and their need to interject themselves into every aspect of your private life is being exposed.

Big government never works.  Instead it becomes a monster that has the main goal of feeding and protecting itself at the expense of those that depend on BASIC government functions such as Public Safety.  So ask yourself this, how does a government full of sooooooo many "bright minds" leave the elderly out in the freezing cold?  Couldn't they been just as stupid with fewer employees and less money?

Let us not pretend that we are sending the counties best and brightest to work in these jobs either.  Has anyone ever been to a municipal office or courthouse?  90% of the people there wouldn't have a job if there ability, intelligence and professionalism was put out on the private market.  You would think that Covid layoffs would afford the JOCO government to upgrade its staff wouldn't you?  Well, getting shit canned from one of these places is next to impossible.  You can steal, embezzle, call in sick, forge documents, sleep with your direct reports etc... and you get what, written up?

Until the JOCO government cuts spending and hold their employees accountable we can expect more old people freezing to death outside waiting for a shot.

Crystal Smith - JOCO EVIL BITCH

So schools have been mostly online in 2020 which has meant that teachers have had little to no
personal interaction with students.  Maybe that is a good thing in the Shawnee Mission School District.  What is it that makes a teacher KICK her student a kindergartner!  I went through 12 weeks of boot camp at the age of 18 and wasn't freaking kicked by a DI yet this skuzz of a woman thinks it was OK for her to  do this?

Join me in saying, fuck this bitch

Narcissist - JOCO's claim to fame

I was having a conversation with a friend of mine last night regarding JOCO and how it makes people soft as pudding and incapable of handling adversity once it appears.

 To many JOCO

residents, adversity is when the Starbucks drive-thru is moving slow, the cleaning lady is on vacation, or the most shocking of all, snow is in the 7 day outlook.  So why is it that we are surprised when they let us down when the shit hits the fan?  We shouldn't be.

As for loyalty, forget it. There is no such thing as ride or die in the burbs.  It is a culture of use and abuse.  Men trade in their wives for newer models the first sign of wear and tear and women, they tend to be loyal to the dollar.  The minute that cash has a hiccup they are looking to trade out of that relationship or fleece the man they are with for as much cash as possible.  Don't believe me, just look and see how many cosmetic surgery options and divorce attorneys there are in the JOCO area compared to the rest of the metro or even the Midwest.  The numbers are shocking.

The identity of JOCO residents has gone beyond the stereotype and morphed into the status quo.  You may want to break the cycle but good luck.  It doesn't matter how well you screen for character or how long you have been together, the minute adversity hits. the true colors of the individual will appear.  What we are dealing with is a culture of narcissist.  Good luck with that.

Narcissist destroy every relationship around them unless they can benefit.  Check out their relationships with their families, coworkers, "friends", neighbors etc.. I guarantee that most of those are nonexistent or strained.  Narcissist aren't capable of anything more than self preservation and once you are used up.  They are incapable of overcoming adversity without damaging those around them.  This has made JOCO soft.

So is JOCO now full of narcissist?  Not the stereotype, the actual clinical diagnosis.

Case Lost in JOCO COURTS

So today was my 1st amendment case and well as you can see by the number of posts regarding the judge that remain I was told to remove them or face 2 days in jail!

There will also be a statement posted from the courts on this blog in the upcoming days that I must keep up for the duration of the case...

If you are a blogger in JOCO let this case serve as your warning that your speech is not protected.

AS OF MAY 14 2019, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SIGNED COPY OF WHAT I AM REQUIRED TO POST TO PREVENT ME FROM GOING TO JAIL.

Dreams Crushed in North Overland Park

For the past 15 years, people in Overland Park have wondered what would take the place of Metcalf South.  Would it be a huge park?  How about an area like Prarie Fire or Park Place?   Maybe a retailer that the area doesn't have will move into the area to draw traffic to the area (see IKEA).  Sports fields? Arena? Corporate HQ Campus?

FUCK NO!  WE GET A LOWES!

Have you driven by the area?  What a damn joke.  Right across the street from it is a freaking HOME DEPOT so the area really doesn't need a new hardware store let alone a hardware store that already has several locations in the area.  Has anyone honestly ever felt like they were neglected by the number of hardware stores in the area?

JOCOians that have grown up in the area have been hoodwinked, bamboozled and completely let down by the city planner that allowed for this to happen.  Can anyone in this area get anything right when a mall gets torn down?  Remember the MISSION MALL disaster?  They will go from Aquariums, hotels and multiuse to a freaking Walmart,  Bank of America and Starbucks, just you watch and see.

BUT that is all North JOCO and doesn't really matter to those of us South of  127th street!  They wouldn't dare let some crappy redevelopment/development happen in our precious land of Blue Valley.  Hell Walmart made their store brick just to move in and that was 15 years ago.

If you drive out our way you would swear that you were in a different city than OP and if you like it out here, good luck trying to buy a house because prices have gone up so much that a starter house goes for $250K.

So let them destroy Downtown OP, put a museum in a freaking bowling alley and tear down a landmark and replace it with a Lowes based shopping center.  Let the idiots get all of their bad ideas out of their system before they come out my way.  The only blighted shopping area left is Rosana Square and that is on, oh crap 119th street!!!!

10 signs that summer is hitting JOCO

You can always tell in South JOCO when summer is approaching and the school year is coming to an end. Those of you residing in the poverty stricken areas surrounding us have no idea what stress there

is on us to provide a suitable Blue Valley summer for our kids and the preparation involved to do so.

1.  Trophy wives all turn what I like to call "Leawood brown".
2.  The term "the lake" is used in every other sentence along with "what mile marker is your house at". You see to live out here everyone automatically believes that "the lake" means Lake of the Ozarks and nobody can comprehend not owning a lake house.
3.  $1200 grills are flying off the shelves that will only be used once.
4.  The horrified look that other parents give you when the hear that you go to a public pool and that your subdivision doesn't have one.
5.  30k motorcycle rode by a douche in shorts, flip flops and his hat backwards.
6.  Vacation bible school-  in JOCO it rarely involves the bible, never is school like and is strictly a way to have your family decide what religion they are by who is offering the best trip.
7.  Mothers start wearing the same clothing that their teenage daughters shouldn't wear.
8.  Garage sales offering layaway
9.  Lawn crews gathering at Quick Trip making it not such a quick trip
10.  The phrase "and that is why we don't go down there anymore" when discussing The Plaza.

KC ReWrite

1.  Oxymoron?  Smart Highway in Missouri.  Added bonus, the engineer is from Raytown (where all great ideas come from)

3.  Ignorant people of North JOCO fight redevelopment and embrace blight.  This story posted in the same freaking week shows people bitching about the blight that has all ready taken place and what they should do to fix it.  UNREAL

4.  Kansas City is about to lose Uber because of the politicians want and desire to destroy the free market and bow down to the taxi unions.  What service would the city actually be performing in exchange for the outrageous fees that the city is trying to impose.... Nothing.  This is nothing more than extortion.  How about focusing on crime and fixing your F'd up schools instead of this crap

5.  Johnson County has a new place to eat that features girls with daddy issues bringing them food.  Sadly, men in Johnson County will flock to this place because they think that their last waitress REALLY REALLY liked them.

Mission Douche Bag Policing on way out?

New Mission police chief expected to be decided next month :: Prairie Village Post

Will the biggest douche bag chief of police in JOCO finally be replaced?  Imagine if you will being able to drive through Mission without getting a ticket for going 6 over the speed limit, failing to signal 100 yards or jaywalking.  Sounds good doesn't it?  Then again, what the hell is there in Mission that anyone would need to go to?  Their Gateway Project? lol.

Joco family wants law enforcement to unseal search warrants

JoCo couple tells legislators story of police raid | CJOnline.com

"Robert Harte opened the door before it was forced with a battering ram and found

After officers secured the children, ages 5 and 13, the Hartes sat on their couch under armed guard while their house was searched for two to three hours."
himself face to face with Johnson County Sheriffs' officials. When his wife got downstairs he was on the ground, shirtless, with his hands behind his head and an officer with an assault rifle standing over him.

Joco investigators are lost when it comes to any crime outside of traffic violations.

More North JOCO Crap

Police investigating carjackings in Overland Park - KCTV5

Day by day the northern part of our county is becoming the southern part of another, Wyco. Crimes, property values and blight that once were unthought of in JOCO are now weekly occurrences and overshadow any/all positive news coming out of the area.

I believe that city leaders have known this was going to happen for sometime now and started rebranding the southern part of the city "Blue Valley" back in the 90's.  Hell the city even gave up on the Shawnee Mission School District in favor of the new and sparkly Blue Valley district.

I once again say that it is time to finally separate the two areas by more than name and end the charade.

North JOCO is officially the hood.

Drive-by gunfire hits 8-year-old inside Overland Park home | Local News - KMBC Home

Further proof that North Joco has turned itself into an a huge crap hole is the fact that this shooting took place in the hood that I lived in from grades 2-8.  This neighborhood use to be a nice quiet place where kids played football and baseball in the street, walked to school without fear of being snatched and had block mothers on every street.  Now, its the hood.  Shootings, drug deals, blight and even an empty elementary school in the area.

Maybe the law enforcement agencies in the area will stop worry about people going 10mph over the speed limit and worry about policing the neighborhoods.

When was the last time you saw a patrol car going through your neighborhood?  Yeah, I can't remember either.

JOCO PD's are not ready

After decades of serving as nothing more than revenue collectors and prostitution raiders it is safe to say that the Police Departments in JOCO aren't ready to handle the violent crime that comes with a growing and diverse community (except for the Lenexa PD, they are the elite exception).

For the past 10 years the north side apartment complexes have been transformed into housing projects with little mention made to the general public.  Residents that have lived in these areas have seen their property values ruined, schools decay and violence increase, again with little to no mention of it by community leaders.

Instead of controlling the high crime areas in our county our "leaders" feel that it is better for law enforcement to write as many tickets as possible so that they can pad their pockets and repave the same roads 100 times over and over.  Instead of training our police departments on crime fighting they have turned them into armed meter maids.

So should we be surprised when people end up murdered in one of our special apartment complexes?  Hell, the cops probably gave the corpse a ticket for loitering.

The Wire - Ummm yeah, the JOCO Edition

Well now isn't this embarrassing to our little community of wannabe perfection.  I never thought I would have to put up a JOCO edition of "The Wire" and thanks to the craphole of JOCO, Olathe, I
have to do it for the first time in 5 years.

Those of you that read this blog know that I am not a fan of the city of Olathe and its WT element and have warned you all of the problems brewing over there.  NOW maybe the leaders of the city will be accountable for their neglect.

1.  JOCO criminals try to clean up after their murders with DIY cremation.
2.  I35 turned into 71 Highway on Friday night.  Driver Shot.
3.  Murder Suicide attempt in Olathe.
4.  Bomb Scare in Olathe
5.  Olathe burnouts are driving to Lawrence to commit home invasions

SMSD Leadership Morons

Remember when the SMSD was the best district in the city?  Where common sense overruled liberal ideals that set many other districts back?  Well it is obvious that the current leadership is trying to go the PC route by "taking strongest stand possible against firearms on school property".

That's right folks, people that want to shoot up schools, buses and sporting events will now be frightened of the No Guns on premises signs that will go up district wide.  Even though this tactic has proven to be more symbolism than substance through out the nation, the SMSD believes that it will work this time.

Maybe they believe that since the literacy rate in JOCO is amongst the highest in the nation that suicidal murdering maniacs will READ their sign and stop.

Congratulations Mission, Kansas

In what can only be seen as yet another example of the N. Joco financial collapse the JOCO health department has decided to remodel a WIC office in Mission, Kansas.   Why shouldn't our WIC peeps enjoy luxury accommodations while they utilize our tax dollars?

These remodeled WIC centers are sure to attract the best and brightest employees to our county.
